1. Scope and Parties

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the website and services (the “Platform”) operated by Megalopole SRL, a Belgian company registered under number BCE 0480 043 003 with registered office at rue Sanson 4, 5310 Longchamps, Belgium.

By using the Platform, you confirm that you accept these Terms.

2. Services

  • The Platform allows professionals to purchase paid placements (giveaways, news items, ads and other sponsored content).
  • The features, prices and conditions of each service are described on the relevant pages of the Platform.

3. Account and Eligibility

  • Access to professional services may require the creation of an account.
  • You agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential.
  • You are responsible for all activity carried out under your account.

4. Pricing, Credits and Payment

  • All prices are indicated before order confirmation and may be updated from time to time.
  • First-time professional users receive a one-time credit of 99 USD (or equivalent), usable under the conditions described on the Platform.
  • Paid content is invoiced in advance. Payment methods are indicated at checkout.
  • Unless otherwise stated, payments are non-refundable once the service has been delivered or the campaign has started.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

Platform content (Megalopole SRL)

All content available on the website — including text, graphics, logos, illustrations, and the website structure — is protected by intellectual property laws and remains the exclusive property of Megalopole SRL, unless otherwise stated.

Professional content (users)

  • Professionals who publish on the Platform retain all rights to the texts, visuals, and other materials they submit for publication.
  • By submitting content, you grant Megalopole SRL a non-exclusive, worldwide licence for the duration of the publication to host, reproduce, display and distribute the content on the Platform and in any associated communications necessary to provide the services.
  • You confirm that you own the rights to the submitted content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

6. Content Rules

You agree not to submit or promote content that is:

  • illegal, deceptive, discriminatory, hateful or defamatory;
  • in breach of advertising, consumer-protection or data-protection laws;
  • in violation of third-party intellectual-property, privacy or publicity rights. Megalopole SRL may refuse, edit, suspend or remove any content that does not comply with these rules or with its editorial guidelines.

7. Platform Use and Prohibited Behaviour

You must not:

  • interfere with the proper functioning or security of the Platform;
  • attempt to access other users’ accounts or data;
  • use the Platform for spamming or any unlawful activity.

8. Liability

  • The Platform and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
  • Megalopole SRL makes reasonable efforts to ensure availability and accuracy but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
  • To the extent permitted by law, Megalopole SRL shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages (such as loss of profit, loss of opportunity or data).
  • Your sole remedy in case of dissatisfaction with the Platform is to stop using it and, where applicable, cancel future services not yet performed.

9. Term and Termination

  • You may stop using the Platform at any time.
  • Megalopole SRL may suspend or terminate your access in case of breach of these Terms, unlawful behaviour or misuse of the services.
  • Termination does not affect rights or obligations accrued prior to termination.

10. Changes to the Terms

Megalopole SRL may update these Terms from time to time. The applicable version is the one published on the Platform at the time of your order or use. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Belgian law.

In case of dispute, the courts of the district of the registered office of Megalopole SRL shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
